General Approach
XHB Studio apps are designed to stay simple, useful and respectful of privacy.
They are not made to identify users, read private content or collect more data than necessary. Unless an app clearly says otherwise for a specific feature, it does not intentionally collect your name, phone number, contacts, messages, photos, health data, banking information or precise GPS location.
Some technical data may still be used to operate the app, show ads, understand what can be improved and fix bugs.
Possible Technical Data
Depending on the app, your settings and your consent choices, integrated services may process technical information such as:
- device model, language, iOS version and app version;
- IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate location;
- identifiers related to the app, device or advertising, when allowed by your settings;
- some in-app interactions, such as screens viewed or features used;
- advertising information, such as ads shown, impressions, clicks or video views;
- crash reports, errors, performance data and diagnostics.
This data is mainly used to keep some apps free through advertising, improve the experience, fix bugs, measure performance and prevent abuse such as ad fraud.
Ads and Consent
Some apps display ads, including through Google AdMob and advertising partners.
When required by law, a consent message lets you choose whether your data may be used for personalized ads. If you refuse, the app may show non-personalized or limited ads when that option is available.
On iOS, you can also manage advertising tracking in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
When the option is available, advertising consent choices can be reopened from the app’s privacy settings.
XHB Studio does not resell personal data it holds. Some advertising partners may still process data to deliver, measure and secure ads, according to their own privacy rules and your consent choices.
Analytics, Crashes and App Improvement
Some apps may use services such as Mixpanel, Firebase, Sentry or Crashlytics.
Analytics help understand what works well or less well in the app. Crash reports help detect technical issues and fix them faster.
The goal is to improve the apps, not to personally identify users or read their private content.
Apple Services
Some features may rely on Apple, for example in-app purchases, subscriptions, iCloud or Sign in with Apple.
In that case, Apple may process some data linked to your Apple account under its own privacy rules. The app receives only the information needed for the relevant feature to work.
If an app allows you to create an account directly with XHB Studio, it will provide a way to request or initiate deletion of that account when applicable.
Possible Third-Party Services
Depending on the app, the following services may be used: Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, advertising mediation partners, Mixpanel, Firebase, Sentry, Crashlytics and some Apple services.
Not every app uses every service. If a service is not integrated in an app, it does not process data from that app.
In regions where this is required, the advertising consent message displays the partners that may process data for ads.
Some third-party services may process data in other countries. In that case, processing is governed by their own privacy rules and applicable safeguards.
Contact and Requests
If you contact XHB Studio by email, your email address and message are used only to respond to your request.
Depending on your country or region, you may request access, correction or deletion of certain data, object to certain processing or withdraw consent when applicable.

Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for app operation, ads, statistics, bug fixing, support or legal obligations.
Third-party services may apply their own retention periods.
Children
XHB Studio apps are not intended for children under 13, unless an app clearly says otherwise.
If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact XHB Studio so the situation can be checked and the relevant information deleted if necessary.

This page may be updated from time to time. The date at the top indicates the latest version.
